Good reasons to go on a dress making course

someone will do the tidying for you

So maybe that’s not the foremost reason to choose to do a dress making course but it certainly is an attractive part of the deal! The first photograph was taken when I was awaiting the arrival of my students for the October 2018 Make a Tweed Coat course with Make it in Wales. Each student has their own cutting table and sewing table. Inside the bag on each cutting table is the pattern I have drafted to their measurements, their course handbook and all the fabrics and haberdashery they will need to complete their coat. The second photograph was taken at the end of that first day and can be explained by 54 individual pieces being cut for each coat.

And as if by magic this is how the room looked ready for the coat makers to start day 2!
